Heung-min Son has taken to Twitter to name Serge Aurier as the best dancer at Tottenham.

When asked the question in a Q&A session on Thursday, the former Bayer Leverkusen forward said the following.

The Ivory Coast international – who cost Spurs £23 million from Paris Saint-Germain – does seem to enjoy busting out a move.

Aurier was filmed dancing after Tottenham’s 2-0 win over Manchester City in February, as goals from Steven Bergwijn and Son helped Jose Mourinho get one over on Pep Guardiola.

Since arriving from the Parc des Princes in 2017, the 27-year-old has proven to be more than just a dancer in north London.

While he can be slightly calamitous at the back sometimes, Aurier has largely been a solid addition and has impressed with his attacking abilities.

Tottenham’s No.24 has scored seven goals and registered 15 assists in 88 games for Spurs, which is pretty good going for a right-back.

That equates to a goal or assist every four games for the Ivorian, which is an excellent goal involvement rate for a defender.

In the form that Tottenham are in right now, Aurier has plenty to dance about.

Mourinho’s men currently sit second in the Premier League, just one point behind Leicester but with a superior goal difference to the Foxes.
