Tottenham Hotspur attacker Heung Min Son is proving to be their main man.

A strange thing happened at Tottenham Hotspur last night.
Harry Kane went off injured, and it didn’t seem to matter.
That’s because Tottenham have a new talisman, Heung Min-Son.
That isn’t meant to denigrate Kane, it’s just that Son is quickly emerging as Tottenham’s main man.
When he is ticking, Tottenham are winning, and this is now the third consecutive season he has scored into double figures.

It is staggering in this market to consider that Tottenham paid just £22 million to sign the South Korea international.
The deal looks like one of the club’s best ever bargains, and he is now assuming Gareth Bale’s old role.
Even if Tottenham had paid £50 million for Son it would be looking like good value right now.
Spurs have come in for criticism for failing to spend, and when they have, additions like Georges-Kevin N’Koudou and Vincent Janssen have been total flops.
So to their credit, it’s only right to give praise for one deal they absolutely got 100 per cent right.
