The South Korean has been linked with a move this weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur attacker Heung-min Son is being heavily linked with a move away from the club this summer.

Reports over the weekend have seen him linked with a return to Germany, with Schalke and Wolfsburg mentioned whilst Everton have also been suggested as a potentially interested party.

However, the South Korean is unaware of any interest. He is now away on international duty and told the Yonhap News Agency he was unaware of any interest in his services and was focussing on his football:

“I haven’t heard anything about my transfer.

“I don’t want to think about things happening outside the stadium.

“I just want to focus on playing football.”

The likes of Schalke and Wolfsburg have recently played down their interest in Son – but a return to Germany was always likely to be mooted considering his previous success with Hamburg and Bayer Leverkusen.

Son has struggled to find his best form since joining Spurs last summer.

He has had some injury trouble in that time and his form has been sketchy but most Spurs fans would be happy to give him another chance to prove himself at the club.

Spurs are currently in the process of signing Georges-Kevin N’Koudou from Marseille and recently made a bid for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha.
