Tosin Adarabioyo is wary about coming up against Everton’s ‘gazzelle’-like striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin during Saturday’s Premier League clash, as he told Fulham’s official website.

With the England international limping out of action during a thrilling 5-4 FA Cup triumph over Tottenham Hotspur last night, you would imagine that Adarabioyo will be following the developments just as closely as the Toffees fanbase.

Fulham are in desperate need of wins as they look to pull off a Houdini-esque escape act, with an immediate return to the Championship starting to look like an inevitability.

If Calvert-Lewin is not fit to feature at Craven Cottage this weekend, Adarabioyo’s hopes of keeping a rare clean sheet would be handed a substantial boost.

“You just have to stay as close as you can to him especially in the box, try and nullify any chances that he gets,” the former Manchester City youngster explained.

“I think he’s got about everything. He’s very fast, strong and jumps like a gazelle, and he’s obviously scoring goals.

“He can score all types of goals, he’s a good finisher, good with his head.”

After a bit of a lean spell, strikes against Leeds, Manchester United and Spurs mean ‘DCL’ has now scored a career-best 18 goals in 25 games this season.

With James Rodriguez and the in-form Gylfi Sigurdsson supplying the ammunition from the number ten role, Calvert-Lewin will be looking to find the net in a fourth successive match against Fulham – if he passes the fitness tests, of course.
