A photo of William Saliba taken today has got some Arsenal fans talking on Twitter.
The Gunners loaned the 19-year-old defender to Nice during the January transfer window after it became clear that Mikel Arteta had no plans for him this season.
And Saliba helped the Ligue 1 outfit to a brilliant 3-0 victory over Angers this afternoon.
The former Saint-Etienne star, a £27 million signing by the North Londoners in 2019, was unlucky not to score himself after climbing highest to power a header against the crossbar.
And it’s a picture of that exact moment which has some Arsenal fans excited.

By virtue of the fact that Saliba won their Player of the Month award for January, you could say that the teenager is back to enjoying is football again.
Playing regularly at his age is vitally important and it’ll be fascinating to see whether Arteta – or whoever is Arsenal boss by the time next season comes around – has a place for him.
