West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice has raved about Tottenham Hotspur’s Tanguy Ndombele on Instagram.
Ndombele’s standing in the game has rapidly increased this season, with the Frenchman showing great form for Tottenham in recent weeks.
Ndombele scored an absolutely brilliant goal against Sheffield United at the weekend.
And West Ham midfielder Rice admits that he is a player he has had his eye on for some time now.
“Ndombele, when I watched him at Lyon I said this guy will kill the Premier League,” he said.
“It’s taken him a year to adapt, but he’s so silky, he’s so good and all the Spurs boys in England say he’s unbelievable.”

Ndombele’s ability on the ball has been clear for all to see this season, and he is now one of Tottenham’s most integral player.
Spurs’s record signing went into the campaign with some doubts forming around his future, but he has earned Jose Mourinho’s trust with some wonderful performances.
Ndombele now looks fitter and presses with far more intensity, which has made him one of the first names on the team sheet for Tottenham.
Ndombele has now played as a number 10 and in a deeper role for Spurs this season, and his versatility could be key for Mourinho’s men between now and the end of the campaign.
