Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho has confirmed to Football London that Harry Winks will play against Fulham tomorrow.
Winks’s future has been heavily speculated about in recent weeks, but Mourinho quickly swatted aside rumours that the midfielder could depart.
And it seems that Winks is actually set to start for Tottenham in their game against Fulham on Wednesday.
“(Laughs) What do I have to say to stop with this talk? I said already that he’s going nowhere,” Mourinho said, when quizzed on Winks’s future.
“When I say he’s going nowhere, what more do you want me to say? He played the last matches.
“He didn’t play the last one because it was a chance to let players like Gedson get minutes. Tomorrow he’s selected again. If someone’s talking to other clubs I’d say don’t waste your time.”

If Winks does start for Spurs it will mean that the England international has been in Mourinho’s line-up for four league matches in a row.
That would be a major boost for Winks, who has endured a difficult season to date.
Mourinho seemed to prefer other options at the beginning of the campaign, but the 24-year-old now appears to have fought his way back into Tottenham’s plans.
Winks’s form has improved of late, with a run of games clearly helping him rediscover his rhythm.
If Tottenham can win against Fulham tomorrow then they could move to within one point of the league leaders, providing other results go in their favour.
