Speaking on Soccer AM’s YouTube channel, John McGinn has heaped praise upon Jack Grealish, proclaiming him to be one of the best attacking players in the Premier League.
The midfielder was playing a game where he had to guess which player was the highest rated on FIFA 21, and he was confidence when choosing Grealish as Villa’s best player.
Unsurprisingly, Grealish is Villa’s highest-rated player on the game, and McGinn had a lot of praise for his teammate.
“He’s been sorely missed the past few weeks, but he’s a player who can take the ball in any scenario, he’s really quick and this season he’s been scoring goals and creating goals. He’s one of the best attacking players in the league and it’s a pleasure to play alongside him,” McGinn said.
It’s not all that surprising to hear McGinn speak about Grealish in such a way.
The England international is quiet clearly a very talented footballer, and he ticks all of the boxes.
As McGinn says, he’s quick, he’s great on the ball and he’s a constant goal threat.
Unfortunately, it seems as though Villa will be without their talisman for the next couple of weeks, and we can only hope that he’s back fit and firing sooner rather than later.
