Tim Sherwood has blasted Jesse Marsch and stated that the Leeds United manager is ‘over the top’, as he told talkSPORT on Tuesday morning.
The former Aston Villa and Tottenham manager added that, if he was still in the dugout, then Marsch would wind him up, as he also referenced how he plays up to the Elland Road crowd.
Like many Premier League managers, Marsch can be pretty hot-headed or animated in the dugout, especially if on-field calls are going against his team.

Well, in recent weeks, especially on home soil, that’s what the American has been up against.
It doesn’t help matters when the Whites haven’t won a Premier League game since August – their 3-0 win over Chelsea.
Nonetheless, when Sherwood was talking about managers in the dugout, Sherwood shared why Marsch would be the one that winds him up the most.
“Jesse Marsch would wind me up,” said Sherwood. “Just looking at him. Sometimes I look at him and I think if I am in the other dugout, then I am ‘grrr’.
“I don’t know why. It’s nothing to do with that (being American). He’s over the top. It’s bravado – I don’t think he’s playing to the cameras, I think he’s very clever. I think he plays to that Elland Road crowd base and he knows that if he gets them on side, then it’s very difficult for the away team.
“I think he is capable of winding anyone up.”

MARSCH NEEDS RESULTS
Just like against Arsenal, the performance was there for Leeds, including Patrick Bamford missing a penalty in the second half.
But, once again, the result read something different and that will only frustrate, not just Marsch, but the players and fans even more.
However it happens, the Whites just need those three points and this week is going to be huge for them.
On Thursday night, the Yorkshire club take on another struggling side in Leicester City, before welcoming free-scoring Fulham to Elland Road.
