The Juventus ace is a reported transfer target for Liverpool.
According to a report from the Sun, Liverpool are lining up a summer swoop for Juventus ace Sami Khedira, with Emre Can set to head to Turin at the end of the season.
The Germany international has been a wonderfully consistent player throughout the years, but at the age of 31, it is debatable whether he has left it too late to move to the Premier League, what with its incredibly robust nature.
The Sun claims that Klopp sees Khedira as the ideal replacement for Can, and whilst his quality cannot be questioned, there will be Liverpool fans who might just be underwhelmed by the idea of the German rocking up at Anfield.
The 31-year-old has just one year remaining on his current contract in Turin, and if Juve do manage to sign Emre Can, they might just be willing to listen to offers for the former Real Madrid ace.
Liverpool fans were split on rumours linking Khedira with a switch to Anfield, however.
