Speaking on his Twitch channel, Fabrice Muamba has been chatting about David Moyes and the job he’s been doing at West Ham.
The Hammers’ gaffer has been working miracles at the London Stadium this season and West Ham are sitting comfortably in fourth after he masterminded another brilliant win against top opposition on Saturday.
Muamba has been full of praise for Moyes after the London club’s win against Chelsea at the weekend and he believes that the gaffer deserves more credit.
What’s been said about Moyes?
Muamba was full of praise for the West Ham manager.
“David Moyes, in my opinion, he does not get the credit he deserves at times. Especially after he took over as the Man United manager, that was a tough one for him in regards to him taking over a team with so many players in there and to take them to the next level was always going to be tough. He’s energised himself again to become the David Moyes that we used to see,” Muamba said.

Manager of the Year
If Moyes keeps this up, surely he’ll be a contender to be the LMA Manager of the Year.
Last season, West Ham were excellent, but there was a feeling that this level of success wasn’t sustainable. After all, they’d narrowly avoided relegation the season prior.
However, Moyes has seemingly captured lightning in a bottle at West Ham and they’ve somehow managed to build on their exceptional 2020/21 campaign.
There’s a long way to go this season, but Moyes will surely be a Manager of the Year contender if he keeps this up.
