Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has said that Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane is one of the best players he’s ever seen.
Speaking on the Official England podcast, Pickford was interviewed about the players with the best shots, and naturally Kane got a mention.
The Tottenham man is the top scorer in England’s Euro 2020 squad, and also just won the Premier League’s golden boot award.
Kane scored three goals in three games against Everton this term.
And Pickford admits that the Tottenham striker is an extremely difficult player to stop, when he is given space.
“Yeah, he’s elite,” Pickford said, when asked if Kane is one of the best players he’s ever seen.
“He has that eye for goal. Any angle he will fancy himself. As a goalkeeper you have to be always prepared, if he gets half an inch he’ll be having a shot. He’s outstanding.”

Kane goes into the Euro’s on the back of one of the best seasons of his career, and the pressure is on him to impress.
England will be desperate for their captain to show his goalscoring prowess on the international stage.
Kane, of course, took the Golden Boot home at the last World Cup and if he does so again, the Tottenham striker will surely put England in a good position to win the tournament.
England’s first game in the competition comes on Sunday, when they take on Croatia.
