Well, according to his social media activity he has.
The Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder is firmly on Arsenal’s radar amid speculation of a £30 million move to the Emirates Stadium.
Football London reported earlier in the year that he had his heart set on a switch to North London.

Arsenal need him
Mikel Arteta has already lost Dani Ceballos, who has returned to parent club Real Madrid.
But there’s also a lot of speculation around Granit Xhaka teaming up with Jose Mourinho at Roma during the summer months.
Arsenal have Thomas Partey of course, but Mohamed Elneny is only ever going to be a squad player with the Gunners and therefore Bissouma is badly needed.
Even if Xhaka doesn’t leave for Italy, the Seagulls midfielder still could and should be a target because there remains a lot of critics of the Switzerland international inside the North London club’s fanbase.
