Everton fans have taken to Twitter to react after discovering that Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been learning Spanish.

The Athletic revealed that the England international has been taking language lessons so he can communicate with his South American teammates more effectively.

They include Yerry Mina and James Rodriguez, who both represent Colombia.

Now, this is seriously impressive from Calvert-Lewin, who is going above and beyond to help his foreign teammates.

It shows he cares about his fellow teammates, and wants to help them feel more comfortable.

However, a handful of supporters below are worried that it could mean he’s thinking about leaving Goodison Park.

One fan said that they think Calvert-Lewin is learning Spanish in preparation for a move to Real Madrid.

Another suggested that it would be nice if Everton’s South Americans learned English instead – we’re sure they are, and that Calvert-Lewin is just trying to help them feel more settled.

Whatever his motives for learning Spanish are, you can’t deny that the Everton No.9 has made serious strides.
