Some Aston Villa fans have been reacting after The Telegraph reported that they’re monitoring Norwich City’s Todd Cantwell.
As you can imagine, Villa fans had plenty to say about these links, and it’s fair to say that they were very excited at the idea of bringing Cantwell to Villa Park.
The Norwich ace is an incredibly talented player, and an attacking trio of Cantwell, Jack Grealish and Emi Buendia would certainly make Villa one of the most fearsome attacking outfits in the Premier League.
Inevitably, comparisons were drawn between Cantwell and Emile Smith Rowe after Villa had a second bid for the Gunners star knocked back this week.
Fans said that Cantwell is just as good as Smith Rowe, while another supporter claimed that he’s even better than the Arsenal ace.
Villa are only monitoring Cantwell right now, but it seems as though Villa fans want their club to ramp up their interest in the 23-year-old.
