Some Arsenal fans on social media have been reacting after they were linked with a move for Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski.
The Gunners certainly need a midfield revamp this summer, and with Granit Xhaka seemingly headed out of the Emirates, they need to sign a replacement.
The likes of Yves Bissouma and Manuel Locatelli have been linked, but Zielinksi is the latest name to crop up, and it’s fair to say that Arsenal fans are excited about the prospect of signing the Polish midfielder.
Indeed, fans on social media were sent into something of a frenzy after hearing this news, and to be fair, we can understand why.
Zielinski has been starring in Serie A for years, and while someone like Locatelli is a young exciting talent, Zielinski is proven at the top-level with Napoli.
It remains to be seen whether or not Arsenal will end up signing Zielinski, but if he does arrive in north London it would certainly be a popular signing.
