The Manchester United ‘keeper has been superb for his club once again this season.

BBC pundit Gary Lineker took to social media network Twitter yesterday, and offered high words of praise for Man United stopper David De Gea, labelling the Spaniard as a ‘joke’…in the nicest possible way of course.
The 27-year-old has been a revelation for United, since moving to Old Trafford from Atletico Madrid in 2011, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £18.9 million.
He has been the Red Devils’ best player over the past few seasons, and it does not bare thinking about quite where they would be without the services of their superb goalkeeper.

De Gea is now widely considered to be the best goalkeeper in the world, and with the likes of Manuel Neuer, Thibaut Courtois and Hugo Lloris to compete against, that is quite some achievement.
Lineker is certainly a big fan of the United man.

He took to social media network Twitter yesterday, and offered effusive praise for De Gea:
Whether De Gea will remain at Old Trafford next season is doubtful, with Real Madrid’s courtship of the Spaniard ongoing, but Jose Mourinho should do everything within his power to keep him at the Theatre of Dreams.
