Speaking on Soccer AM’s YouTube channel, Mark Noble has waxed-lyrical about how strong Michail Antonio is.
It’s easy to see the immense strength Antonio possesses, in every game for the Hammers he bullies defenders and acts as a battering ram spearheading the team’s attack.
Noble was playing a game where he had to guess which of his teammates had the highest stats in different areas on FIFA 21, and when it came to strength, it was an easy choice for him picking Antonio.
“Yeah, I mean he’s so strong isn’t he mate? You know, he’s a beast, so I think that’s no shock. I think Tom (Soucek) would have picked him as well if you’d have asked him,” Noble said.

To be fair to Noble, it’s hard to disagree.
You can see just by watching Antonio play how strong he is, but what’s scary is that he combines that immense physical presence with lightning pace.
The striker must be a nightmare to defend against, and that’s why he’s been so effective for West Ham this season.
Hopefully, he can keep his good form up between now and the end of the campaign.
