Callum Hudson-Odoi is leaving Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea for Steve Cooper’s Nottingham Forest on the final day of the summer transfer window, according to a report.
Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Nottingham Forest have agreed a deal with Premier League rivals Chelsea for the transfer of Callum Hudson-Odoi on deadline day.
Callum Hudson-Odoi to leave Chelsea for Nottingham Forest
The Italian journalist has claimed that Hudson-Odoi will undergo a medical at Forest on Friday morning before completing the move from Chelsea.
Romano has added that Forest and Chelsea have verbally agreed a deal for the £120,000-a-week (Spotrac) player, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger.
Everton have also been linked with Hudson-Odoi, but it seems that it is Forest who have managed to get a deal done for the 22-year-old Englishman.
Hudson-Odoi is a very good attacking player who could flourish at Forest.

While the 22-year-old did relatively well when he played for Chelsea, the problem was that he did not always get to do so regularly.
At Forest, Hudson-Odoi could take his game to the next level if he gets to play week in and week out.
The winger has made 72 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
Hudson-Odoi has scored four goals and given 11 assists in those games.
The winger was on loan at German club Bayer Leverkusen from Chelsea last season.
