Henry Onyekuru has expressed his delight after sealing move to Everton.
The report claims that Everton have paid £6.8 million, the player’s release clause, to complete the signing. However, the Toffees will send the player on loan to Anderlecht next season to accelerate his development.
The 20-year-old enjoyed a fantastic 2016/17 campaign where he finished as the joint top-scorer in Belgium’s top flight with 22 goals.

He was heavily linked with a move to both Arsenal and West Ham, with the forward revealing in December, as reported by The Times, that it was his dream to play for the Gunners.
However, it seems he is equally pleased to have joined the Merseyside club. He completed his medical on Monday and has posted a picture of himself, reported by the Liverpool Echo, with the club crest.
Onyekuru has revealed that it wasn’t an easy decision to make, but was thrilled to have joined Everton after going through all the offers.
He is “very happy” and “delighted” with the move, and says that it is a “great deal” for him.
“I feel very happy and delighted with this move to Everton,” he told SCORENigeria.
“I am delighted because my first target of signing for a Premier League team has materialised.
“It wasn’t an easy decision to make for me, but with the advise of top players and proper studying of the other offers. It is a great deal for me.”
