Lansbury is said to have finally overcome injury and is ready to play for Villa.

Henri Lansbury may have just dropped a huge hint on Instagram that he is set to start for Aston Villa on Saturday afternoon as the Championship side play host to Swansea in the FA Cup.
Lansbury has been left on the sidelines for much of the season so far due to constant injuries. He returned in the second city derby as a substitute, but had to be replaced eight minutes into his return.
Now, the 28-year-old midfielder is said to have joined Neil Taylor in returning from injury in time to face Swansea – as confirmed by Villa boss Dean Smith in Friday’s press conference.
Lansbury dropped a further hint on Instagram on Friday afternoon that he is set to start his first game since August for Villa by telling fans he “can’t wait for tomoz to get back on the pitch”.
Lansbury has only managed two appearances throughout the entire campaign for Villa, playing the full 90 in the 1-0 win over Yeovil Town before his cameo role against Birmingham City.
The former Nottingham Forest skipper has managed just 32 appearances since joining the club a year ago, and he will now be desperate to get his career back on track starting with a decent showing against Swansea on Saturday.
Villa have already done the double over Swansea in the league – winning both games 1-0 – the latter coming on Boxing Day, which saw goalkeeper Orjan Nyland save Wilfried Bony’s penalty to earn all three points.
