The former Rangers defender thinks the Ibrox side will make it past the play-off round of the UEFA Europa League.

The Gers travel to Poland this week having already navigated three qualifying rounds of the European competition.
With just one step remaining before they can enjoy the group stages for the second successive season, Gerrard and his team are again on the verge of excellent progress.
Legia will prove a tough test though, perhaps Rangers’ toughest of the season so far.
Berg, who took charge of the club during the 2014/15 season, thinks that the Ibrox outfit will just edge the encounter.
As quoted by The Scottish Sun, he said: “The results in Europe so far this season have been impressive. Legia are not as strong as they used to be when they were qualifying for the Champions League.
“But they are still a well-organised team with good players.
“I would say it is 60-40 in favour of Rangers going through. Rangers are slight favourites but it wouldn’t surprise me if Legia beat them.”
Legia head into Thursday’s encounter in decent, if unspectacular, form. The Polish team are undefeated in their last seven matches, but three of those have been 0-0 draws. They’ve scored just five goals across the seven matches.

Rangers meanwhile are in rare attacking form. Winning all but one of their matches since the start of the season, Gerrard’s team have scored at least three goals in their last four matches.
On paper, the Gers should simply have too much for their European opponents.
However, it’ll all be about attitude and application on the night of the two legs.
Can the team go to Poland and pick up a crucial away goal and positive result to bring back to Ibrox?
