Graeme Murty’s Glasgow Rangers have brought Greg Docherty to Ibrox.

Rangers have signed Greg Docherty from Hamilton Academical in the January transfer window.
As announced on Rangers’ official website, the Gers have secured the services of the 21-year-old midfielder on a four-and-a-half-year contract.
According to The Daily Record, the Ibrox club had to pay Scottish Premiership rivals Hamilton a transfer fee of £650,000 in order to secure the services of the Scotland Under-21 international.
Two of new Rangers signing Docherty’s former teammates have taken to social networking site Twitter to send him messages – Stephen Hendrie and Remi Matthews.

Hendrie started his professional club football career at Hamilton and was on the books of the Scottish club until 2015 when he moved to West Ham United in England.
The 23-year-old left-back is now at Southend United in League One in England.
Matthews, who has been on the books of Norwich City in England his entire professional club football career and is 23 years of age, spent the 2016-17 season on loan at Hamilton.
