Birmingham City face Aston Villa in the derby on Sunday.

Birmingham City fans are backing Carl Jenkinson to start against Aston Villa on Sunday.
The Arsenal loanee appeared for only the second time in Birmingham colours against Huddersfield Town on Tuesday, having suffered a shoulder injury on his debut last August.
Jenkinson impressed in his 71 minutes on the field, however, before being replaced by Josh Dacres-Cogley.
Birmingham were holding the Premier League side at 1-1 when the England right-back left the field, and later succumbed to a 4-1 defeat after extra time.

That appears to have made Jenkinson’s performance all the more impressive, however, and many Blues fans believe he’ll keep his place in Sunday’s derby at Aston Villa.
Here’s what they’re saying about the 25-year-old on Twitter…
Jenkinson will likely compete with Maxime Colin for a starting berth at Villa Park, although he could even take the place of Arsenal teammate Cohen Bramall on the opposite, left flank.
And the latter could have its benefits, with Aston Villa’s main threat of late coming from Robert Snodgrass in that part of the pitch.

Villa boss Steve Bruce admitted an interest in signing Jenkinson while Hull City’s manager in 2014 [Independent].
