Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed to Leeds Live that he will be recalling Rodrigo to his side against Arsenal.
Rodrigo has missed Leeds’ last two games through injury, but has recovered well over the international break.
And although it is unlikely that Rodrigo will start for Leeds against Arsenal, Bielsa has confirmed he will be in the match day squad.
“Less likely he will start, but he will be there,” the Argentine boss said.
Rodrigo’s returns to fitness is a major boost to Leeds, as they have missed him in his absence.
The 29-year-old summer signing, who was hailed as ‘amazing’ by Jermaine Beckford (Doing a Leeds podcast), was performing well for Leeds and had started in Premier League matches against Wolves and Aston Villa before injury struck.

Without Rodrigo Leeds have slipped to two consecutive 4-1 defeats, and the pressure will be on Bielsa’s side to put in an improved performance at the weekend.
If the Whites can pick up the three points against Arsenal on Sunday they could yet move up as high as seventh in the Premier League table, if other results go in their favour.
