Newcastle United boss Steve Bruce has confirmed to the club’s official website that Arsenal loanee Joe Willock will be involved tomorrow.
Newcastle are set to take on Southampton at St. James’ Park, and their squad should be bolstered by the arrival of Willock.
The 21-year-old is expected to receive regular game time at Newcastle.
And Bruce suggested that he would have no problem throwing Willock at the deep end, during his latest press conference.
“He’ll be involved tomorrow,” he said. “He’s a little bit different to what we’ve got. He wants to get forward and score a goal – that’s in his locker. He’s got the ability to get up and down the pitch. He’s young, enthusiastic and ready to go.”
The news that Willock will be involved won’t only be a boost for Newcastle, but for Arsenal too.

Mikel Arteta encouraged the youngster to move to Tyneside as he wanted Willock to receive more regular game time.
Willock is considered a big talent by Arsenal, and the hope is with more game time under his belt he could return to the Emirates Stadium an improved player.
Willock’s quality should also help Newcastle, especially in an attacking sense.
The Magpies have really lacked a central midfielder who can drive them forward from deep, and Willock has the skill-set to be able to do that.
