Arsenal could be looking for a new manager this summer.

Arsenal’s torrid run of form lurched to a new low on Sunday afternoon as they were beaten 2-1 away at Brighton and Hove Albion.
The Gunners had endured a terrible week having lost 3-0 twice to Manchester City in a matter of days, and that got even worse with Sunday’s defeat to Brighton.
The Europa League is now Arsenal’s only chance of silverware, whilst they now lie 13 points adrift of a top four place, with fans far from happy with life under Wenger right now.

Wenger, 68, is now expected to leave Arsenal at the end of the season, and the Daily Mail report that a host of candidates are being considered, including Celtic’s Brendan Rodgers and Monaco’s Leonardo Jardim.
However, Arsenal fans have been discussing other options on Twitter, and one name floated by supporters was that of Newcastle United boss Rafael Benitez.
The Spaniard took Newcastle up from the Championship last season, and has done a fine job with a relatively poor squad this season, whilst also being forced to operate on a budget.

Benitez, who won the Champions League with Liverpool, has proven himself as a manager who can organise a defence – something Arsenal need right now – and fans believe he could be a good option.
Some want Benitez to replace Wenger and bring in Thierry Henry as his assistant, and think that he could work wonders with this Arsenal squad, though it remains to be seen whether the Gunners do launch a bid to lure Benitez away from Newcastle this summer.
