The Arsenal manager is well known for favouring developing young talent.

Arsenal star Hector Bellerin has told the club’s official website that manager Arsene Wenger is always telling them that age does not matter.
Wenger is well known for favouring young talent, having developed a host of players throughout his tenure at the club.
Cesc Fabregas is arguably his biggest success story to date given the career he has had, although Bellerin is threatening to take that crown in future.

The right-back has become one of the key men in the Arsenal first-team over the last two seasons after being handed his chance following an injury to Mathieu Debuchy.
His rise has been down to the faith shown in him by Wenger, and he says his manager is always telling the squad that age does not matter.
“We have a lot of experienced players and the boss always says that age doesn’t matter,” he told the club’s official website.
“What is important is that you perform well when you’re on the pitch. Definitely we have really good defenders and a really experienced back four as well, and we’re really looking forward to this season.”

It remains to be seen whether this season can be a successful one for the Gunners as they look to bounce back from the disappointment of last season.
They are facing a fight to maintain their status in the top four as this season gears up to be one of the most competitive yet with the likes of Antonio Conte, Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola all looking to make their mark at their new clubs.
