Wilfried Zaha has told the On The Judy Podcast that Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford is the worst trainer he has played with at Crystal Palace.
Whilst Bamford is now tearing it up at Leeds, Zaha shared that the ‘amazing’ striker would just ‘smash things left and right’ in training during his days at the London club.
In 2015, a younger and more erratic Bamford spent a period of time at Selhurst Park, but that loan move didn’t work out for the then-Chelsea academy product.
Nonetheless, Zaha shared why Leeds United’s now thriving star is the worst trainer he has played with.
“Patrick Bamford,” said Zaha. “But he’s amazing on the pitch. Some people are like that though.
“Patrick, he would just smash things, left, right, and then on the pitch, he would bags.”

Both Bamford and Zaha are smashing it up in the Premier League this season and are up there in the goalscoring charts.
Bamford has 12 league goals from his 22 league matches, whilst Zaha has found the back of the net on nine occasions from his 19 games.
The duo would make some partnership now, as they bid to secure a top ten finish for their respective clubs this term.
