“I remember Cristiano telling me, ‘Rio, this boy will be a good player. Trust me. He works hard. He has got a good attitude, good attributes.” He was right. He has been really good.”
My View: Diogo Dalot is a Manchester United success story
In my opinion, Diogo Dalot is one of the recent signings at Manchester United who have been a success.
Dalot is only 24, so I think that he will improve and get better in the coming years. He is a regular for Portugal and is also starring for United.
The full-back, who was linked with a move away from Old Trafford in 2022, has made 96 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. He has scored two goals, given six assists, and kept 21 clean sheets in those games.
Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the most demanding and professional players out there. So, to impress the Real Madrid legend is something. It shows just how dedicated Dalot is.
