Jamie Carragher has said on Sky Sports Premier League (6:43pm, August 28, 2022) that Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min was disappointed at being taken off against Nottingham Forest away from home at the City Ground in the Premier League on Sunday.
The former Liverpool star has noted that Son did not look happy sitting on the bench after Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte took him off in the second half against Forest this evening.
The South Korea international forward started the match and played until 74 minutes when he was replaced by Brazil international forward for Richarlison.
Tottenham won the match 2-0.
England international striker Harry Kane scored both the goals.
Son took two shots and one was on target, played three key passes, had a pass accuracy of 73.3%, took 25 touches, and put in one cross.

Jamie Carragher on Son Heung-min for Tottenham Hotspur v Nottingham Forest
Carragher said about Son on Sky Sports Premier League (6:43pm, August 28, 2022): “We have also seen Son. When he came off and was on the bench, he was disappointed. And that’s normal.”
Disappointing
In our view, Son Heung-min could have done better for Tottenham Hotspur against Nottingham Forest, as well as in the previous games this season.
Yes, the forward did well in the second half at the City Ground, but he did not start the match like he normally does.
It is a disappointing spell that Son is going through at the moment, and hopefully for Tottenham, he will get back to his best soon.
