Celtic and Rangers are reportedly keen on Lewis Morgan.

Scotland Under-21 boss Scot Gemmill has told The Scottish Herald that he thinks St Mirren winger Lewis Morgan has all the talent to be a top player – and only he can decide his future.
Morgan, 21, started out his career in the Rangers youth team, but left in 2014 in order to join St Mirren, sensing a shot at first-team football with the Scottish Championship club.
The winger is now thriving for St Mirren, having hit 10 goals in 46 games in all competitions last season – and he has been even better this term.

Morgan has stepped up after Stevie Mallan’s move to Barnsley, and with eight goals in just 13 appearances this term, he is attracting huge interest ahead of the January transfer window.
The Daily Mail report that Old Firm duo Celtic and Rangers are both interested in signing Morgan, but the likes of Burton Albion, Cardiff City and Swansea City are also keen.
Morgan will face a big decision in January, as his contract expires next summer, meaning he faces a number of avenues; he could push for a January move, sign a pre-contract agreement or even stay with St. Mirren to play the market when his contract expires.
Now, Scotland Under-21 boss Scot Gemmill has raved about Morgan, claiming that he has all the talent to become a star, and ticks all the right boxes for becoming a star of the future.

Gemmill also called Morgan’s choice about his future ‘the million-dollar question’, believing his decision will come down to his personality, and whether he feels he needs to leave St Mirren for another club in 2018.
“That’s the million-dollar question,” said Gemmill. “The real answer will come from Lewis himself. Only he can answer it. He’s the one controlling everything right now. He’s been given an opportunity at his club to play first-team football and he’s rewarded his manager for that. He’s playing for us and is rewarding Scotland with top performances against sides like The Netherlands. But a lot will come down to what happens next with Lewis on and off the pitch. It’s whether he wants to sign a new contract at St Mirren or explore other options available.”
“A lot of it will come down to personality. He needs to continue to push. We can think of so many players who have been given that opportunity but they haven’t got to the level everyone thought they would. It’s about how ambitious and determined the player is not to let anything stand in his way. What I’d say about Lewis, is that nothing should stand in his way. He’s really level-headed, keen to learn and receptive to information. He quickly understands tactics so everything that goes into that magic formula for a top player – Lewis is showing that he ticks the boxes. Add that to his talent on the pitch and it’s really exciting to see. Everyone is excited to see how far he can go. It’s reached the stage where he will determine it – no-one else,” he added.
