Speaking to Sportsbladet (via Di Marzio), Dejan Kulusevski has been discussing Antonio Conte and how much he admires the Italian coach.
Kulusevski’s career has been transformed over the past 12 months since uniting with Conte in north London. He’s improved ten-fold since arriving at Spurs, and he seems incredibly comfortable under his current manager.
Kulusevski has made no secret of the fact that he loves Conte, stating that he finds the manager to be one of the kindest, most hard-working individuals he’s ever come across.

Kulusevski loves Conte
The winger discussed his manager.
“He’s very strict, he has a lot of rules. At the same time, he’s very kind, he really cares about the person behind the player. He takes care of everyone on the training camp, including the youngsters. Some coaches don’t even coach the team, but they let the assistants take care of it, he’s there with everyone and gives everything he has every day. I admire him,” Kulusevski said.
Gives everything
Say what you will about Tottenham’s recent performances under Antonio Conte, the Italian is a manager who will make sure to give you absolutely everything.
Simply put, Conte is a perfectionist. He demands the highest of standards from every single one of his players, and he makes sure that his squad will always get out what they put into training.
Conte is a workaholic and a first-class coach, and certain players, such as Kulusevski, are feeling the benefits of that work and dedication.
Unfortuantely, Conte’s style doesn’t quite resonate with every player, and as Tottenham’s recent form has shown, his style isn’t a surefire way to guarantee success.
