Aston Villa forward Trezeguet has told KingFUT that Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny impressed him on Sunday evening.
Villa hammers Arsenal 3-0 on the day, with very few of the Gunners players coming out of the game with any credit.
But Trezeguet feels that Elneny did put in a good showing, and he insists that Mikel Arteta should keep picking his Egyptian compatriot.
“I always look to score goals with Aston Villa but my main goal is to contribute in helping my team win games,” Trezeguet said.
“Elneny is a hardworking player, he worked and believed in himself and kept working and ended up being a key player for Arsenal.
“He played well during the game but his team was unlucky and I hope he remains among the starting eleven.”
Elneny’s resurgence at Arsenal has been somewhat of a surprise, as he appeared to be completely out of contention heading into the campaign.

The combative midfielder was sent out on loan by Arteta last term, but he has quickly established himself as key member of their first-team this term.
Elneny’s recent showing against Manchester United at Old Trafford earned him a lot of credit, but his starting place may be under threat again now.
Arteta has promised to re-assess things at Arsenal over the international break, and if he does make tactical tweaks, then Elneny’s spot in the starting line-up could be in doubt.
