Tim Sherwood has heaped praise on Heung-Min Son, who ‘grabs the game by the scruff of the neck’ for Tottenham, as he told Premier League Productions.
The former Spurs manager added that Son also ‘orchestrates’ when out on the field because he can create or put the ball into the back of the net himself.
On Tuesday, Son helped Spurs win a penalty during their 1-1 draw against Southampton in which Harry Kane converted.
And despite Antonio Conte’s side playing most of that match against ten-men, they weren’t able to break down a pretty tough Saints side.
Nonetheless, this is what Sherwood had to say about Son and what he brings to the table.
“They had half-chances in the second half,” said Sherwood.
“I mean this guy, Son, he just orchestrates. He grabs the game by the scruff of the neck and creates chances or he tries to score himself.”

It has been nearly seven years since Spurs paid £22 million (BBC Sport) for Son’s talents and he has been outstanding during that period.
Despite Spurs sacking a manager after ten games, Son has still managed to score eight goals in the Premier League and supply three assists this season.
The 29-year-old is also on course to score 100 Premier League goals if he continues in his current ways because he is currently on the 78 goal mark.
If he remains in England’s top-flight and stays away from the injury room, then there is no reason why he can’t reach that fear during the next few years.
