The big Ghana international impressed in the Gunners’ win over Tottenham Hotspur this past weekend and although their Premier League season is a write-off, Mikel Arteta’s side can still win the Europa League this season.
The North Londoners have one foot in the quarter-final of the competition after beating Olympiacos 3-1 in Greece last Thursday.
But considering Partey has had three separate injuries despite only joining Arsenal in October, it would take a brave man to bet that the former Atletico Madrid powerhouse will remain available for the remainder of this Europa League journey.

Partey impressed in Arsenal’s midfield alongside Granit Xhaka against Spurs last Sunday, and Gilberto has told Stadium Astro that the Switzerland international actually looks a much better player when he is paired with his new team-mate.
He said: “Look at his game. He made the others a lot better. He makes Xhaka look better in the game, he made the defenders look a lot better and comfortable when the ball was against them.
“I think the way he manages games, the way he positions himself, is very important for Arsenal. He is the kind of player Arsenal have needed for quite a long time in my opinion.”
