Encouraging

In our opinion, it is very encouraging to hear that Xhaka speaks to Arsenal youngsters a lot.

The 29-year-old is a senior player at Arsenal and was also previously the club captain.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta rates Xhaka highly and has often spoken highly of him.

The Switzerland international is a very good midfielder whose importance to the current Arsenal team cannot be undermined.

After all, Xhaka has played 23 times in the Premier League this season, scoring one goal and providing two assists in the process.

The midfielder is showing remarkable leadership skills off the pitch by talking to the young players and helping them.

That shows how much Xhaka cares about Arsenal and about the team.
