Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has told the club’s official website that Gabriel Jesus is pushing everyone in training at London Colney.
Jesus is back in training now, as the Arsenal striker continues to recover from the injury he suffered while playing for Brazil at the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
Arsenal boss Arteta has said that Jesus is doing well in training, and that the £265,000-a-week (Spotrac) striker is pushing everyone at London Colney.
Mikel Arteta on Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus
Arteta said about Jesus: “Gabby is doing really well. He’s already been outside a little bit but it’s still early stages.
“He keeps pushing everybody every single day, but we need to respect some timelines and processes. He’s doing really well.”
Encouraging
Arsenal have done well without Gabriel Jesus, with fellow striker Eddie Nketiah stepping up in his place.

Now, Arsenal could have potentially done better with Jesus in the team, but it is fair to say that the Gunners have not missed the Brazilian.
Well, not really.
Arsenal have gone about their business nicely, and it is really encouraging for the fans that Jesus, who joined the Gunners from defending Premier League champions Manchester City in the summer of 2022, will be back soon.
It will give Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta another option.
A very good option.
Arsenal are very good now, and when Jesus will return, the Gunners will get even better.
That’s scary.
