Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to comments from head coach Jose Mourinho about finishing in the top four.
In the pre-match press conference ahead of the Premier League game against Everton on Friday evening, Spurs boss Mourinho said that his side can still finish in the top four, as shown below.
Tottenham are seventh in the Premier League table at the moment with 49 points from 31 matches, as many as six points behind fourth-placed and London rivals West Ham United.
The North London club are not in good form at the moment and suffered a 3-1 defeat to Manchester United at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League last weekend.
Spurs can still finish in the Champions League places, but for that to happen, they need to really step up their game.
Mourinho’s side need to be better defensively and have to be tighter at the back.
Some Tottenham fans do not think that the team can finish in the top four and were not impressed by Mourinho’s comments.
