Rangers legend Ally McCoist has praised Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou on talkSPORT (8:10am, November 12, 2021).
The former Rangers manager has said that he has been very impressed by Postecoglou, who was appointed the Celtic manager in the summer of 2021.
The talkSPORT manager has said that Celtic boss Postecoglou is very honest in his assessment.
McCoist said about Postecoglou on talkSPORT (8:10am, November 12, 2021):“I have got to say I am impressed every time I listen to him and hear him. He speaks well, he is very, very honest. He calls it as he sees it.”
Making an impact
Celtic did not start the season strongly under Postecoglou, but things are looking very positive now.
The Hoops are doing well in the Scottish Premiership as well as in the Europa League.
Celtic are second in the league table at the moment with 26 points from 13 matches.
The Bhoys are only four points behind leaders and defending Scottish Premiership champions Rangers.
Celtic are third in Europa League Group G at the moment with six points behind four points.
Steven Gerrard has left Rangers to become the new manager of Aston Villa.
A new manager is yet to be appointed.
Celtic could see this managerial change as a chance to close the gap between themselves and Rangers.
We should not be surprised if Celtic reclaim the Scottish Premiership title at the end of the season.
