Tottenham Hotspur star Christian Eriksen is widely considered to be one of the best play-makers in the Premier League.

Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko spoke to reporters after his side’s fine win over Everton yesterday, and offered high words of praise for his teammate Christian Eriksen, labelling the Dane as a ‘maestro’, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The 26-year-old joined Spurs from Ajax in the summer of 2013, and he has gone on to establish himself as one of his club’s most important players, chalking up an impressive 60 goals and 77 assists in 248 appearances in all competitions.
Eriksen is pivotal to the way in which Tottenham try to play, and if his side are to have any chance whatsoever of winning the Premier League title this season, he will need to be at his very best between now and May.
Sissoko is certainly a big fan of the Denmark international.
The Frenchman spoke to reporters after yesterday’s win over Everton, and suggested that he was not surprised at all to see Eriksen’s wonder strike find the back of the net, as quoted by the club’s official website:

“He is the maestro of the team. We see that everyday in training sessions, so I’m not surprised to see that today.”
Eriksen will be desperate to keep up his fine form throughout the Christmas period and on into the New Year.
Tottenham have three very winnable games coming up against Bournemouth, Wolves and Cardiff City, and if they take nine points from those outings, everyone at the club will surely start to believe that this year could be their time.
