Well, Luton Town central defender Tom Lockyer has been speaking about Rasmus Hojlund, and he rates the Manchester United striker highly.
Lockyer has noted the attributes of the Denmark international and thinks that he has got it all to be a big success for the Red Devils.
United beat Luton 2-1 away from home in the Premier League this past weekend. Hojlund scored both goals for Erik ten Hag’s side.
The striker has now scored for the sixth successive Premier League match. He has scored seven goals and given two assists in 17 league starts and has five goals in six UEFA Champions League games this season.
Lockyer said about Hojlund on BBC Radio 5 Live, as transcribed by TBR: “I look at him and I think he has got it all. He is a good size, he is strong and now he is full of confidence after seven in six.”
My View: Rasmus Hojlund is a rising Manchester United star
In my opinion, Rasmus Hojlund is one of the best young players in the Premier League and is a rising star for Manchester United.
While I would urge caution and would be against overhyping Hojlund, I think that United fans should be very excited about Hojlund.
The striker is only just starting to bang in the goals for fun in the league, but for the past several months, he has always been trying and making the right runs.
Hojlund never gave up and always put effort into matches. It was just that the Denmark international was not getting the right service. Now he is.
I think that there is a lot more to come from Hjlund. After all, he is only 21 now. United have a gem of a player in the Denmark international.
