As HITC revealed this week, Arsenal are interested in signing Neto from Premier League rivals Wolves in the summer transfer window.
Liverpool are also keen on the 23-year-old Portugal international winger. Wolves want £60 million in transfer fees for the youngster. Juventus have also been linked.

My View: Pedro Neto would find Arsenal transfer appealing
In my view, Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Pedro Neto would find a move to Arsenal in the summer transfer window very appealing.
Arsenal are one of the biggest clubs in the world and have a global fanbase. They could win the Premier League title this season and are playing in the UEFA Champions League as well.
The Gunners are a renewed force under manager Mikel Arteta and are going places. I think that Neto would find the prospect of playing for Arsenal hugely appealing.
Neto has made 107 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. The winger has scored 11 goals and given 19 assists in those games.
