Ian Wright has said on The Kelly and Wrighty Show that Tottenham Hotspur duo Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele will have to step up their game under Antonio Conte.
The Arsenal legend believes that new Tottenham manager Conte will not accept the kind of performances that midfielder Lo Celso and Ndombele have been putting in.
Conte was appointed as the Tottenham manager earlier this week following the dismissal of Nuno.
Wright said: “People like Lo Celso and Ndombele, they have got to get themselves going now because he is not going to let them get away with the way they are playing.”
Are Lo Celso and Ndombele under pressure?
Ndombele has not been at his best for a while now.
Then Tottenham head coach Nuno did not actually use the France international midfielder in the opening games of the season.
Lo Celso has had injury and fitness issues during his time at Spurs, but there have been occasions this season when he has done well, especially in the Europa Conference League.

However, in our view, the 25-year-old needs to do more.
Lo Celso has so much potential.
The likes of Ndombele and Lo Celso are good players.
Conte could be the manager who gets the best out of them and take them to the next level.
