Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has told Sky Sports what Tottenham Hotspur players can expect from Antonio Conte in training.
What’s the story?
Loftus-Cheek worked with Conte when the Italian was the manager of Chelsea.
Conte led the Blues to the Premier League title during his spell at Stamford Bridge.
So, who better than a player who played under the Italian to give an insight into the new Spurs manager?
Loftus-Cheek told Sky Sports about Conte: “Off the pitch and around the building, to be fair, he is a really quiet guy, relaxed, laid-back, but he is just a different animal on the training pitch, and as you guys can see on the touchline, he is so passionate, so much passion goes into what he does.”

Tottenham players have been warned
The comments from Loftus-Cheek indicate that Conte is really hard as a manager during training.
It appears that the former Inter Milan boss is very particular about training.
The former Juventus boss was already late for his pre-match conference yesterday because of training.
That shows his commitment.
Spurs players will just have to get used to it.
This is actually good for Spurs.
The Tottenham players need to step up their game, and they need(ed) a manager like Conte.
There is enough time for Spurs to make this season a success and at least challenge for the Premier League top four.
