Dion Dublin has said on Football Focus on BBC One that Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane was hiding a limp after the match against Everton.
Kane scored twice for Tottenham in their 2-2 draw with Everton away from home at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Friday evening.
What would have been a good evening for Kane – on a personal level at least – was turned sour towards the end of the game.
The 27-year-old suffered a late injury and had to be substituted, with the striker leaving the stadium with strapping on his swollen ankle.
Former Manchester United and Aston Villa player Dublin, who now works as a pundit for BBC Sport, has said that while walking to the Spurs coach after the game, Kane was hiding a limp.
Dublin said on Football Focus on BBC One: “You can see him walking there. He is hiding the limp. His ankle now is strapped up after the game.
“They would have put a strap on the ankle so tight, there would have been ice in it, so tight to try and keep the swelling down, but he is hiding because that would have been painful.”

Kane is the best player at Tottenham and will be a key figure for the team in their quest to win the EFL Cup final against Manchester City.
Spurs fans will be desperate for the England international striker to recover in time for the match against a team who look set to win the Premier League title and could also clinch the Champions League.
