Roy Keane raved about reported Liverpool target Jude Bellingham on ITV (8:02pm, December 4, 2022) while watching the Borussia Dortmund midfielder in action for England against Senegal at the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
Bellingham, linked with a move to Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, started for England in their Round of 16 tie against Senegal on Sunday.
The Three Lions won the match quite comfortably and will face defending champions France in the quarter-finals.
Bellingham was one of the best players for England, especially in the first half.
The 19-year-old provided the assist for Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson’s goal in the 38th minute.
Bellingham was a force to be reckoned with in the middle of the park.
The former Birmingham City youngster drove the team forward, spread the ball nicely, imposed himself in the middle of the park, and made the right decisions with his passes.
And former Manchester United midfielder Keane was impressed by Bellingham, who is on the radar of Liverpool as well as the Red Devils.
90min reported last month that Liverpool and Manchester United have scouted Bellingham in action for Dortmund in the Bundesliga.
SkySport journalist Florian Plettenberg has reported on Twitter that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp personally wants the 19-year-old England international midfielder and is pushing to get a deal done for him in the summer of 2023.
