Alex Iwobi has been left seriously impressed by Arsenal star Bukayo Saka and his form over the course of the Premier League campaign.
The Everton winger stated that Bukayo Saka is ‘a joke right now’ for an Arsenal side that narrowly missed out on winning the Premier League title, as he told FilthyFellas.
Yes, Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City went on a crazy run in order to hunt down the north London club, but they didn’t help themselves, especially with a number of dropped points on the road.

That end-of-season collapse is something that will still be hurting the Arsenal faithful, but they shouldn’t forget the performances a number of their players have put up this term.
Perhaps one of Mikel Arteta’s best players has been Saka, who has scored 13 goals and supplied 11 assists in the Premier League.
Alex Iwobi came through the same Hale-End academy as the 21-year-old and he shared his brief thoughts on the player.
“You always think what if (Saka and Tomori decided to represent Nigeria instead of England),” said Iwobi. “They are doing well.
“Saka is a joke right now. He’s good. Look at his numbers. He’s good.”

SAKA SIGNS NEW ARSENAL CONTRACT
The one positive Arsenal fans can take from recent weeks is the fact that Saka has committed his long-term future to the club – transfer target Declan Rice was pleased with that news.
The long-term target under Arteta has been to win the title, if it’s going to happen, then Saka will be a huge part of it all.
If the Gunners can put themselves in a not-too-dissimilar position next season, then that added experience, bite and burning fire might just help push them over the line.
