Tony Pulis has said on BBC Sport that Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min did not play well against Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
The former Stoke City manager was following the game between Brighton and Tottenham this evening.
Antonio Conte’s Tottenham won the match 1-0.
England international striker Harry Kane scored the only goal of the match in the 22nd minute.
It was Son who provided the assist.
The South Korea international forward also had a goal ruled out.
But Pulis was not pleased with Son’s overall performance.

Tony Pulis on Son Heung-min for Tottenham Hotspur v Brighton and Hove Albion
Pulis said: “I’m a great fan of Son Heung-min but he hasn’t done as well tonight in terms of retaining possession. He hasn’t been with it.”
Need to do better
In our opinion, Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min needs to do better.
Yes, he gave a good assist and scored a wonderful ‘goal’ that was ruled out, but he could have done better on occasions when he had possession of the ball.
The South Korean’s touch was shaky again, and he seemed to be in two minds inside the final third.
Son scored a hat-trick before the international break, and it was surprising to see him stutter at times against Brighton.
