Richard Keys has suggested that Chelsea should sack Mauricio Pochettino now and hire Blues legend John Terry as the new manager.
Chelsea are struggling in the Premier League and lost to Liverpool in the final of the Carabao Cup on Sunday.
So, what has Richard Keys said about Chelsea, Mauricio Pochettino and John Terry? Let’s take a look.
Chelsea urged to hire John Terry
Well, Richard Keys has urged Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly to get rid of Mauricio Pochettino and bring in John Terry as the manager.
The beIN SPORT presenter does not think that Pochettino is up to the task at Chelsea, who are not going to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season.
The former Sky Sports anchor made the comments after the Blues suffered a defeat to Liverpool in the final of the Carabao Cup.
The presenter has noted that Chelsea legend Terry is a winner and could instil that into the current first team.

Keys wrote on his blog: “In the end justice was done and Liverpool won the game. They deserved to. They were the better team. Chelsea didn’t ’bottle it’. They just weren’t good enough.
“And poor old Poch watched it all pass him by. I said Sunday – and I’ll repeat it here – he wouldn’t win the lottery if you gave him the winning ticket. Here’s a thought – how about Chelsea give the job to JT? Now he does know about winning.”
My View: Chelsea should not appoint John Terry
In my opinion, Chelsea should avoid bringing in John Terry as the manager right now.
Terry is one of the greatest players of all time. He is a Chelsea and Premier League legend.
The former England international central defender was a serial winner as a player. He won the Premier League title five times, and the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League once each with Chelsea.
However, Terry has not really done anything of note in senior football management. He has been an assistant manager at Aston Villa and Leicester City. The Englishman is now working as a coach in the Chelsea academy now. He was linked with Newcastle United before Eddie Howe got the managerial job at St. James’ Park.
Even though Terry knows Chelsea inside out and the fans would love him, he is not ready to take charge of the first team.
